Upon signing your lease, please ensure that you have set up utilities in your own name. You'll have about five (5) business days upon move in to get these utilities changed.

We use Coin Laundry Plus Inc. for all of your coin operated laundry needs. If your money gets stuck, the machine is broken or there are any other challenges, please contact Coin Laundry Plus. They will get a technician out to the building to address the concern.
